Rivers E., Nguyen B., Havstad S., et al: Early goal-directed therapy in the treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock. N Engl J Med 345. (19): 1368-1377.2001EMCrit Blog recently featured Part 1 of a talk by Dr. Rivers on severe sepsis. EMCrit has graciously provided, not just the audio mp3 version of the lecture, but the pdf slide handouts and, best of all, the video mp4 download of the powerpoint slide with lecture. All for FREE download. Please click here for all the FREE downloads.
Embedded below is Part 1 of the talk originally posted in EMCrit. If you have not subscribed to EMCrit RSS feeds, I would encourage you to do so by clicking on this RSS link. The audio of this Part 1 may be a little soft, but if you connect to a speaker or if you use a headset, that should be clear enough.

ReplyDeleteChew Keng Sheng,
ReplyDeleteI have a medical supply retailer that is interested in supporting your blog. We can offer regular guest posts on current events that relate to your website or support you financially in exchange for a simple text link. Here a few examples of blogs we write for below:
""Senior Living Rockies Blog""
""Medical Noise""
""A Patriotic Nurse""
""Medical Collage""
Could you send pricing on what would it take to get listed under a new category like ""Online Supporters"" in your sidebar or a footer link?
My client, JRS Medical, is not just a retailer, they are also involved in reaching out to those less fortunate... from the victims of Haiti's earthquake to those in need through the Samaritan's Purse program. They also provide crutches for the amputee victims from Haiti's earthquake.
I look forward to hearing back from you and working together.
Sincerely,
David Patterson
Social Media Coordinator for JRS Medical
